- Our Story
Kinunu Agroprocessing was built on family, resilience, and vision.
Our grandfather was a coffee farmer.
In 1998, our father started acquiring the land in Kinunu and began building what would become one of the region’s most respected coffee operations.
- The Future
A new chapter begins.
As of January 1st, 2026, the farm entered a new chapter.
Under the leadership of siblings Michaelle and Serge, the next generation now stewards this legacy — blending tradition with innovation, sustainability, and global partnerships.
- Our Impact
A Legacy Proven
Annual Harvests
From the first seedling to the final export container, we manage the entire lifecycle. By owning our washing station and dry mill, we guarantee absolute traceability and technical rigor.
Estate Controlled
From the first seedling to the final export container, we manage the entire lifecycle. By owning our washing station and dry mill, we guarantee absolute traceability and the technical rigor required for high-scoring.
Women-Led Operations
Our farm operations are driven by a dedicated majority-female workforce. This commitment to gender equity ensures that our legacy of excellence directly empowers the women who are the heartbeat of Rwandan specialty coffee.

- Our Process
Controlled from Seed to Cup
We are one of the few estates in Rwanda with complete vertical control. By managing every stage—from the first seedling to the final export container—we eliminate the middleman and guarantee the transparency that the global specialty market demands.
